Marinated champignons are a delicious, easy, and quick appetizer that can be prepared with various spices, dill, and hot marinade. For a spicy flavor, add cardamom, garlic, cumin, and cloves.

Culinary expert Oleksandr Ohorodnyk shared a recipe for pickled champignons on Instagram, which can be eaten in 30 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • champignons – 250 g
  • water – 500 ml
  • salt – 1 tsp
  • sugar – 2 tbsp
  • vinegar – 2 tbsp
  • bay leaf – 1 pc
  • allspice – 5 pcs
  • black peppercorns – 10 pcs

Method of preparation:

1. Boil water, and add all the spices.

2. Cut the mushrooms into large pieces and throw them into boiling water, bring to a boil again and cook for 10 minutes.

3. Then put the mushrooms with the marinade in a jar, close the lid, and refrigerate for 30 minutes, and then you can eat the spicy snack.
