Ingredients:
- 200 grams of 33-36% cream
- 180 grams of icing sugar
- 250 grams of mascarpone
- 170 grams of cream cheese
Method of preparation:
1. Whip the cold cream until stiff peaks form.
2. Add the powdered sugar, mascarpone, and cream cheese, mix gently with a spatula, and beat on high speed until smooth.
