Cream cheese is a versatile addition to cakes, pastries, or sandwiches. Sour cream, cream, or cottage cheese are often chosen as the base. To make the texture very delicate and taste rich, you can choose two types of cheese at once.

The idea of making cream cheese from two types of cheese was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Oksana Poishla (o_poishla).

Ingredients:

  • 200 grams of 33-36% cream
  • 180 grams of icing sugar
  • 250 grams of mascarpone
  • 170 grams of cream cheese

Method of preparation:

1. Whip the cold cream until stiff peaks form.

2. Add the powdered sugar, mascarpone, and cream cheese, mix gently with a spatula, and beat on high speed until smooth.

3. The cream is very tender and tasty.

4. Suitable for cake filling and for outer coating.

5. Be sure to work with the cream immediately after preparation.
