Perfect syrnyky: it's time to learn how to make them right

The perfect syrnyky is, first and foremost, the right proportions of ingredients. Only then will they turn out really tasty, tender, and juicy.

Food blogger Alex Mil shared how to choose the right ingredients to make syrnyky truly perfect on Instagram. As it turned out, it's not that difficult.

Ingredients

  • cottage cheese - 280 gr
  • yolk - 1 pc
  • sugar - 30 gr
  • vanilla sugar - 5 g
  • salt - a pinch
  • rice flour - 40 g

Method of preparation

1. Put all the ingredients in a bowl.

2. Knead the mass with your hands.

3. Roll it on the surface into a sausage and cut it into equal 6-8 pieces.

4. Sprinkle the surface with flour and use a plate to shape it into a perfectly round syrnyk, turning it over several times.

5. Fry over low heat. For maximum benefit, it is best to choose Ghee oil for frying, lightly greasing the surface of the frying pan with it. Fry on both sides for 2 minutes until golden brown.

6. Serve with berries and honey.
