Ingredients
- Cottage cheese - 250 gr
- Sugar - to taste
- Egg - 1 pc
- Flour - 40 g
The method of preparation
1. Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl and mash with a fork.
2. You can mash it a little with your hands, but do not use a blender or mixer.
3. Form 6 cheesecakes of the same shape. This is easy to do with a regular glass.
4. Grease a frying pan with vegetable oil and heat it well.
5. Fry the syrniki on one side for 3 minutes.
6. Turn the syrniki over, cover and fry for another 4 minutes.
7. Serve the syrniki 30 minutes after cooking with sour cream or your favorite jam.
