Perfect pancakes: you'll get it right the first time
Pancakes are a favorite breakfast dish in the United States and Canada. Due to its unusual appearance and taste, this breakfast quickly gained popularity in other countries, including Ukraine.
Food blogger Yulia Senich shared how to make pancakes on Instagram. She also claims that this recipe will always turn out well the first time.
Ingredients
- Milk - 200 ml
- Eggs - 2 pcs
- Flour - 250 gr
- Sugar - 100 gr
- Salt - a pinch
- Vanilla sugar
- Oil - 50 ml
- Baking powder - 1 tsp.
Method of preparation
1. Add the eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt to the milk, mix.
2. Add the sifted flour and baking powder. Mix the mixture until all the ingredients are combined and add the oil.
3. Pour about half a ladle of batter per pancake. Fry the pancakes in a DRY frying pan until many bubbles appear.
4. Turn to the other side and fry for another 2-3 minutes.
5. Serve with your favorite jam, honey or condensed milk.
