Everyone loves sausage. However, finding a really high-quality and safe product with a good composition in the store is quite a challenge. Of course, such a product can be easily prepared at home, but for a more unusual option, a omelet roll with meat will come in handy as it will outshine all the slices and meat.

Ingredients:

  • minced meat - 500 g
  • onion - 1 pc
  • eggs - 4-5 pcs
  • hard cheese - 200 g
  • sour cream - 2 tbsp
  • semolina - 2 tbsp

Method of preparation:

1. Grate the cheese on a grater.

2. Mix cheese, eggs, sour cream and semolina. Let stand for 15 minutes.

3. Put the resulting mass on a baking sheet. Bake at 160 degrees for 20 minutes.

4. Prepare the minced meat. Chop the onion and put it in a frying pan.

5. Add the minced meat, salt and pepper. Mix well.

6. Put the meat on the hot omelet and roll it up.

7. Wrap in foil and bake at 170-180 degrees for 45-60 minutes.
