Perfect homemade kefir pizza: the dough will be thin

This pizza is as thin and healthy as possible. The secret is in a simple dough made with kefir. It does not need to be rolled out - just put the base on a baking sheet and the toppings on top.

The idea of making the perfect homemade pizza is published on the Instagram page of food blogger Anastasia with the nickname nastia_mudraya . Everyone can handle this dish.

Ingredients for the base:

  • eggs - 1 pc.
  • whole wheat flour - 40 g
  • kefir 2.5% - 40 g

Ingredients for the filling:

  • cream cheese
  • ketchup
  • chicken fillet / ham
  • tomatoes
  • mushrooms
  • hard cheese, blue cheese

Cooking method:

1. Mix all the ingredients for the base, salt, and stir.

2. Pour the dough onto the parchment and form a circle with a spoon. Put it in the oven preheated to 180 C for 3 minutes.

3. Take out the base, grease it with cream cheese, ketchup, put the filling, salt it and put it in the oven for another 10-12 minutes.
