Perfect French fries: you only need 5 ingredients
You have to admit, it's sometimes hard to walk past McDonald's without being tempted by delicious fries. Especially when they come with a cheese or sweet and sour sauce, it's a double treat. It would seem that this is exactly the kind of dish that cannot be repeated at home. But its recipe is no longer a secret.

Ingredients:
- Potatoes - 3-4 pcs.
- Garlic-based oil (see recipe below) - 1 tsp.
- Onion - 1 pc.
- Garlic and herb seasoning
- Salt.
Method of preparation:
- First, you need to prepare a special olive oil with garlic. To do this, put garlic, onions, and 1 tbsp of olive oil in a saucepan. Cook over medium heat for 5-10 minutes.
- Peel the potatoes and cut them with a paring knife.
- Drizzle with oil, and sprinkle with seasoning and salt. Mix well.
- Put on the deep fryer or in the oven (bake at 200 degrees for 20 minutes).
- Turn the potatoes over and cook for another 10-20 minutes.
