Perfect for white wine: baked mussels with camembert in 10 minutes
Mussels are not only delicious and easy to prepare but also very healthy. Experts say that mussels contain a huge amount of vitamins, including A, C, D, PP, E, and group B. Mussels also contain a lot of useful minerals: calcium, phosphorus, magnesium, sodium, and iron, and this list is far from complete. It is worth noting that mussels contain a minimum of fat. They are low in calories, but at the same time, they are perfectly satiating. This means that they can and should be consumed by people who are struggling with obesity or just keeping fit.
