The ingrandines:
Olive oil
1 bell pepper
2 cloves of chives
300 gr of cherry tomatoes
1 cibulina
Parsley
1.5 kg of mussels (you can also use peeled ones)
250 ml of dry white wine.
Oregano, salt and pepper to taste.
Preparation:
1. Saute the zebula, peppers and chives for 2-3 minutes.
2. Add cherry pomidoros and cook for another 4 minutes, so that the pomidoros are well heated and give their juice.
3. Add the mussels and spices to the pot with relish.
4. Then add 250 ml of dry wine, cover with a crisque and cook for 4-5 hrs until the mussels open.
5. Remove the mussels that have not opened.
6. Add parsley and serve on the table.
