Cottage cheese pancakes are the easiest and most delicious breakfast option that can be prepared in just 10-15 minutes. In addition, this dish is healthy, because cottage cheese contains calcium, which is essential for the body, especially in the fall.

MasterChef judge and culinary expert Volodymyr Yaroslavskyi shared a recipe for delicious cottage cheese pancakes with jam and pistachios on his Instagram page.

Ingredients:

  • Cottage cheese - 300 g
  • Yolks - 1 pc.
  • Sugar - 1 tbsp. 
  • Flour - 1 tbsp.
  • Vanilla - to taste
  • Jam - 1-2 tbsp
  • Pistachios - for decoration

Method of preparation:

  1. Mix the cottage cheese, eggs, and sugar with a fork, add the flour, and mix again.
  2. Put the finished mixture on a floured table and form it into a sausage with your hands, cut it with a knife. Then, use your hands and a knife to form cottage cheese pancakes.
  3. Fry them well in a frying pan on 2 sides until golden brown, and then bake them in the oven.

You can serve them with condensed milk, jam, or sour cream, and they are also delicious with pistachios.
