- 33-35% cream 125 ml
- butter - 6 tbsp. 6 tbsp
- sea salt - 1 tsp.
Method of preparation:
Pour the sugar into a bowl or saucepan with a thick bottom, put it on the fire, and stir with a whisk until the sugar begins to dissolve.
Add the softened butter, stir, and keep stirring until the caramel begins to boil.
Remove the caramel from the heat, add the cream, stir in a pinch of salt, mix, and let cool.
