  • Cottage cheese (9% fat) – 400 g
  • Eggs – 1 pc

  • Flour (and extra for the dominance) – 3 tbsp
  • Sugar – 3-4 tbsp
  • Salt – a pinch

  • Vanilla sugar – 10 g
  • Sunflower oil for frying – 1-3 tbsp

Method of preparation

1. Mash the cottage cheese with a fork, then add eggs, sugar, vanilla sugar and mix well.
