Pear pie without kneading the dough: what to make

Pear is ideal for making desserts because it is very juicy and sweet. And if you don't have time to knead the dough, you can simply buy it. To make a pie, phyllo is perfect. After baking, it becomes very golden and crispy.
The idea of making a pear pie was published on the Instagram page of chef Valentyna Sayenko (valya__saenko).
Ingredients:
- pear - 3 pcs.
- phyllo dough - 1 pack (400 g)
- butter - 150 g
- eggs - 2 pcs
- almonds - 150 g
- sugar - 150 g
Cooking method:
1. Melt 50 g of butter. This is to grease the dough. Put the phyllo dough into a mold, 1 sheet at a time, greasing it with butter each time. Place the sheets randomly. Do this 6-7 times. Bake at 170 degrees for about 10 minutes.
2. During this time, peel the pear from the crust and pits. Cut it randomly.
3. Beat soft butter (100 g) with sugar until white. Add 1 egg at a time and beat. Grind the almonds in a blender to the consistency of nut flour (if you have them, you can use them). Add to the butter mixture and beat again.
4. Put the cream and pears on the baked base. Top with a sheet of phyllo. Brush it with butter. Place the rest of the sheets randomly, one by one. Brush with a little oil. Bake at 160 degrees for about 30-40 minutes with convection. The cake should be browned. After baking, let it cool. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
