Ingredients for the dough
- cold butter - 170 g
- flour - 220 g
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- sugar - 1 tbsp
- salt - a pinch
- egg yolks - 2 pcs
Ingredients for the filling
- cottage cheese - 700 g
- sugar - 100 g
- starch - 1 tbsp
- eggs - 2 pcs
Additional ingredients
- peaches
- egg whites - 2 pcs
- sugar - 30 grams
Method of preparation
1. Grind flour with butter into crumbs.
2. Add sugar, salt, baking powder and egg yolks. Knead the dough. If it does not stick, add a little water.
3. Put one part of the dough on the bottom of the mold in a thin layer and freeze the other part.
4. Prepare the cheese filling. Mix all the ingredients and beat until smooth.
5. Top the dough with it.
6. Pour hot water over the peaches and leave them for a while. Peel and cut into slices if possible.
7. Put the peaches on the filling.
8. Beat the whites with sugar until fluffy and top the peaches with it.
9. Grate the rest of the dough on top
