You don't need any complicated ingredients to make a sugar-free Pavlova cake that's suitable for a ketodiet.
Olena Mozgova shared a simple recipe for the dessert on her Facebook page, saying that it is suitable even for a ketodiet.
"A keto version of the Pavlova dessert. The sweetener meringue whipped up perfectly and did not fall off during baking. The only thing is that it takes a long time to bake, but if you raise the temperature more than necessary, it will crack. And it should be crispy and tender, creamy inside. The cream is 33% whipped cream, mascarpone and sweetener. On top are mint leaves and blueberries, which make it all perfect," Mozgova told about the secret of cooking.
