Ingredients:
- 1 onion
- sprats
- pasta
- black pepper
- green onions
- parmesan cheese
Method of preparation:
1. Boil the pasta in boiling salted water for about 7-8 minutes.
2. Cut the onion into half rings and fry in a well-heated frying pan. It should brown but remain crispy.
3. Drain the oil from the sprats and mash them with a fork, add the pasta, pepper, green onions, and cheese.
