Pasta with seafood for a light dinner – 2 variants of the dish
Dinner should always be as light and low-calorie as possible, but at the same time hearty and healthy. It is best to choose dishes from simple products, such as vegetables, fish, and seafood.
The FoodOboz editorial team shares 2 recipes for seafood pasta, which is very easy to prepare and will be great for a light dinner.
1. Pasta with mussels, shrimp and cream
Ingredients:
- Spaghetti - 200 g
- Water - 2 liters
- Shrimps - 150 g
- Mussels - 130 g
- Hard cheese - 50 g
- Garlic - 1 clove.
- Olive oil - 2-3 tbsp.
- Butter - 10 g
- Cream - 150 ml
- Herbs - 1/3 tsp.
- Salt - to taste
Method of preparation:
- Defrost the seafood, and clean it well.
- Boil water, add salt, and cook the spaghetti until al dente.
- Drain in a colander so that all the water is drained.
- Melt the butter in a frying pan, add a little olive oil, cut the garlic into slices, and fry lightly, be sure to take it out and add the seafood, mix, and fry for about 3 minutes.
- Then pour cream over them, mix, salt, and add herbs.
- Grate the cheese, add to the seafood, and mix.
- At the very end, put the spaghetti in the pan stir, and serve immediately.
2. Pasta with seafood, tomatoes and wine
Ingredients:
- Spaghetti - 100 g
- Seafood cocktail - 150 g
- Cherry tomatoes - 8 pcs.
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp.
- Dry red wine - to taste
- Basil - to taste
- Garlic - 1 clove.
- Ground black pepper and salt - to taste
Method of preparation:
- Wash the tomatoes, peel the garlic, cut them in half.
- Pour the oil into a frying pan, fry the garlic for about 2 minutes, and remove it immediately.
- Put the tomatoes, add the seafood, season with salt and pepper, and fry for about 5 minutes, add the cream, and stir.
- Boil the spaghetti, add it to the pan, pour the wine, and stir.
- Chop the basil and add it to the finished dish.
