1. Pasta with mussels, shrimp and cream
Ingredients:
- Spaghetti - 200 g
- Water - 2 liters
- Shrimps - 150 g
- Mussels - 130 g
- Hard cheese - 50 g
- Garlic - 1 clove.
- Olive oil - 2-3 tbsp.
- Butter - 10 g
- Cream - 150 ml
- Herbs - 1/3 tsp.
- Salt - to taste
Method of preparation:
- Defrost the seafood, and clean it well.
- Boil water, add salt, and cook the spaghetti until al dente.
- Drain in a colander so that all the water is drained.
- Melt the butter in a frying pan, add a little olive oil, cut the garlic into slices, and fry lightly, be sure to take it out and add the seafood, mix, and fry for about 3 minutes.
- Then pour cream over them, mix, salt, and add herbs.
- Grate the cheese, add to the seafood, and mix.
- At the very end, put the spaghetti in the pan stir, and serve immediately.
2. Pasta with seafood, tomatoes and wine
Ingredients:
- Spaghetti - 100 g
- Seafood cocktail - 150 g
- Cherry tomatoes - 8 pcs.
- Olive oil - 1 tbsp.
- Dry red wine - to taste
- Basil - to taste
- Garlic - 1 clove.
- Ground black pepper and salt - to taste
Method of preparation:
- Wash the tomatoes, peel the garlic, cut them in half.
- Pour the oil into a frying pan, fry the garlic for about 2 minutes, and remove it immediately.
- Put the tomatoes, add the seafood, season with salt and pepper, and fry for about 5 minutes, add the cream, and stir.
- Boil the spaghetti, add it to the pan, pour the wine, and stir.
- Chop the basil and add it to the finished dish.
