Pasta with pesto in 7 minutes: a recipe for a hearty and budget-friendly dish for lunch and dinner

The chef shared on Instagram a recipe for delicious pasta with pesto sauce that takes 10 minutes to cook.

Ingredients:

• Pasta – 400 g
• Basil – 100 g
• Garlic – 12 g
• Cashew nut – 50 g
• Olive oil – 80 g
• Salt – 3 g
• Lemon juice – 30 g
• Parmesan cheese – 40 g

Method of preparation:

1. Boil the pasta in salted water.

2. In a mortar and pestle or blender, pulse all the ingredients for the sauce.

3. Add the prepared sauce to the hot pasta and add 100-150 ml of water in which the pasta was cooked.

4. Mix quickly and serve with grated Parmesan and fresh basil leaves.
