Pasta with fillet and vegetables: a recipe for a hearty dinner dish
You can cook pasta for lunch and dinner. To make the dish more satisfying, add chicken, vegetables, cheese, herbs, minced meat, mussels, and shrimp.

Ingredients:
- Spaghetti – 200 g
- Chicken fillet – 1 pc
- Tomatoes – 2 pcs
- Onions – 1 pc
- Garlic – 1-2 cloves
- Tomato paste – 1 tbsp + water – 100 ml
- Sour cream – 3 tbsp (can be replaced with 33% cream)
- Salt/pepper/Italian herbs
- Oil for frying
- Hard cheese for serving
Method of preparation:
1. Peel the tomatoes with a vegetable peeler and cut them into cubes.
2. Dice the chicken and season with salt and pepper. Chop the onion.
3. Boil the spaghetti.
4. Fry the fillet in oil for 3 minutes, add the onion, fry it until transparent, add the chopped tomatoes, pass the garlic through a press, add a little salt, mix, and simmer over low heat under a lid for about 10 minutes.
5. Add the tomato paste diluted in water, sour cream, 4 tbsp of the water in which the spaghetti was cooked, salt, pepper, and spices to taste.
6. Add the boiled pasta to the sauce, stir, and heat for 2 minutes. Sprinkle with grated cheese before serving.
