The simplest and most satisfying dish for lunch and dinner is pasta, which is most often prepared with cheese, tomatoes, and sauces. For a more substantial version, you can add chicken or minced meat.
Hector Jiménez-Bravo shared a recipe on Instagram for a very satisfying and quick-to-prepare pasta with chicken, vegetables, and cream.
Ingredients:
- Boiled pasta – 300 g
- Chicken fillet – 250 g
- Paprika – 1 tsp.
- Chili flakes – 1 tsp.
- Italian herbs – 1 tsp.
- Onions – 1 pc.
- Garlic – 1 clove.
- Cherry tomatoes – 100 g
- Water – 50 ml
- Tomato paste – 1 tsp.
- Cream 20% – 100 ml
- Salt
- Ground pepper
- Parmesan cheese – 40 g
Method of preparation:
1. Add the diced chicken, paprika, chili, Italian herbs, and fry in a preheated frying pan with olive oil. Add chopped onion and garlic.
2. Add the cherry tomatoes, halved, water, tomato paste, cream, salt, and pepper, stir and add the Parmesan and the finished paste.
Serve with chopped basil!
