Pasta with chanterelles for dinner: quick, hearty and budget-friendly
Pasta is the best dish for a hearty lunch and dinner. It will be delicious with minced meat, seafood, cheese, and tomato sauce. It will also be delicious with mushrooms and cream.
The cook shared a recipe for delicious pasta with chanterelles, butter, and cheese on Instagram.
Ingredients:
- 250 g of chanterelles
- 1 onion
- dry garlic to taste
- butter for frying
- 250 ml of 33% cream
- 250 g of pasta
- 100-150 g of camembert
- salt, pepper, rosemary to taste
- hazelnuts or other nuts
Method of preparation:
1. Rinse the chanterelles twice. Add 2 tbsp of flour, mix, leave for 5 minutes. Then cover with water for 10 minutes, and rinse again. If the chanterelles are large, tear them into fibers.
2. Fry the onion in butter until golden brown. Add the chanterelles and fry until tender. Add salt, dry garlic, and pepper to taste.
3. Pour in the cream, add the Camembert, and melt it, stirring constantly. Add a sprig of rosemary and cook the sauce until it thickens. Remove the rosemary before adding the pasta.
4. Add the pasta and mix with the sauce.
Serve with toasted hazelnuts or other nuts!
