Pasta casserole: how to cook babka according to an old Ukrainian recipe
Pasta is one of the most budget-friendly and easy-to-cook foods. You can simply boil them, cook them with gravy or sauce, or bake them as a casserole. Our grandmothers used to love to cook the latter dish. The pasta casserole was so versatile that it could be eaten with both tea and meat.

Ingredients:
- pasta - 500 g
- eggs - 6 pcs
- milk - 100 ml
- butter - 100 g
- sugar - 1 tsp
- salt, pepper
Method of preparation:
1. Pre-boil the pasta until tender.
2. When ready, add butter. Stir and let cool.
3. Meanwhile, beat the eggs with milk, salt, pepper and sugar. Mix the resulting mass with the pasta when it has cooled.
4. Grease a baking dish with sunflower oil. Put in the pasta.
5. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 1 hour.
