Pancakes with tuna filling: an easy and nutritious dish
Pancakes can be made with any filling or without any at all. Of course, each person has their own favorite filling that they think goes best with pancakes. But why not try something new and interesting?
That's probably what a food blogger named tanya.perchik thought. On her Instagram, she offered a recipe for tuna pancakes.
Ingredients for 8 pancakes
- flour - 100 gr
- milk - 250 ml
- oil - 2 tbsp
- eggs - 2 pcs
- salt
Ingredients for the filling
- tuna - 2 b
- tomato - 1 pc
- green onions
- cream cheese with herbs - 75 gr
- salt
- cheese for toasts
How to cook
1. First, prepare the filling. Put tuna in a deep bowl andadd cream cheese and salt.
2. Dice tomatoes and chop herbs and add everything to the tuna. Mix.
3. Prepare the pancakes. Mix all the ingredients in a deep bowl and fry them on both sides until cooked.
4. Put the cheese slice for toasts on the pancake and add the filling.
5. Wrap the pancake and fry on both sides.
