Pancakes with greens that do not fall apart: how to prepare soft and tender batter
If you add any salty filling to these pancakes, you'll get a full-fledged hearty dish. The reason is that the batter is based not only on flour, milk and eggs but also on delicate hard cheese. Fresh chopped herbs, which are plentiful today, complement the taste.

Ingredients:
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- milk - 1.5-2 cups
- hard cheese - 150 g
- flour - 1-1.5 cups
- baking powder - 1 tsp.
- salt - to taste
- sunflower oil - 2 tbsp
- herbs - dill, parsley, green onions
- salt - to taste
- butter - 50 g
Method of preparation:
1. Finely grate cheese.
2. Wash, dry and finely chop greens.
3. Squeeze garlic.
4. Beat eggs with sugar and salt.
5. Add heated milk, flour and baking powder.
6. Mix everything well.
7. Add cheese, garlic and greens to the batter.
8. Finally, add oil and mix well.
9. Grease a frying pan with oil (only for the first pancake).
10. Pour the batter with a ladle and fry on both sides.
11. Brush the finished pancakes with melted butter.
