Pancakes with cheese and herbs: how to make successful batter with milk
Pancakes themselves are already quite versatile: they can be eaten with fillings or simply with jam or condensed milk. In addition, you can add cheese and herbs to the pancake batter to make a complete dish.
Food blogger Anna (anny.cooking) shared a recipe for milk pancakes with cottage cheese and herbs on her Instagram page.
Ingredients for 15-16 pancakes:
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- salt - 1 tsp
- sugar - 1 tsp
- flour - 300 g
- baking powder - 1 tsp.
- milk - 500 ml
- hard cheese - 100 g
- vegetable oil - 2 tsp.
- herbs
Method of preparation:
1. Grate the cheese.
2. Chop the greens.
3. Mix eggs with sugar and salt.
4. Sift flour and baking powder into the eggs. Stir to combine.
5. Gradually add warm milk, butter, cheese and herbs. Mix well.
6. Fry the pancakes as usual.
