The idea of making perfect kefir pancakes that won't fall off was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Anna with the nickname ann food. It is very important to use warmed kefir, not cold, for pancakes.
Ingredients:
- kefir - 250 ml. (heat, but do not boil)
- eggs - 1 pc.
- sugar - 2 tbsp (you can use less, it makes it sweet)
- baking soda - 1/2 tsp
- salt - a pinch
- flour - 200 g
- oil
Method of preparation:
1. Beat the egg, sugar and salt with a whisk.
2. Heat the kefir and gradually add to the egg mixture.
3. Add baking soda to the flour.
4. Gradually add the flour to the dough and stir until smooth.
5. Fry in vegetable oil until tender.
