Pancakes that won't tear: we tell you what to add to the dough
It is the dream of every housewife to make pancakes that are thin, but at the same time tasty and flavorful, and not torn - a dream of every housewife. But very often, due to incorrect proportions, pancakes turn out to be thick and poorly fried, due to the large amount of flour.
Cook Anna (grennysmith) shared on Instagram a recipe for thin, delicious pancakes with milk and boiling water that will be elastic and not tear.
The secret to thin pancakes that won't tear: the batter should be very thin so that the pancakes are thin! Add boiling water and vegetable oil to the batter!
Ingredients:
- flour - 200 g
- milk - 1 cup
- boiling water - 1 cup
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- sugar - 2 tbsp
- vanilla or vanilla sugar - to taste
- salt - a pinch
- sunflower oil - 2 tablespoons
Method of preparation:
1. Beat eggs with sugar and vanilla.
2. Pour in a glass of milk, add salt and flour, and mix thoroughly to avoid lumps.
3. Then pour boiling water in a thin stream, stirring constantly. Finally, add the oil and stir again.
4. Leave the dough for a few minutes - 10-15 minutes - to let the flour release the gluten. If it seems too thick, add a little more liquid.
5. Fry the pancakes in a greased frying pan.
