Cooking delicious and successful pancakes is the dream of every housewife, but very often even such an elementary dish can be tasteless. There are many reasons for this, but the most important one is bad, clogged dough, which will result in pancakes that are torn.

On her YouTube channel, cook Tetiana Lytvynova shared her secrets and recipe for delicious, flavorful pancakes that won't tear during frying and that you can easily make at home (to watch the video, scroll to the end).

Secrets from the cook:

  • grease a frying pan with butter
  • pour in the batter and swirl the skillet so that the batter is well distributed and the pancakes are thin and tasty
  • be sure to add milk and boiling water, butter, and oil to the batter

Thin pancakes that never tear

Ingredients:

  • flour - 250 g
  • eggs - 6 pcs.
  • boiling water - 250 ml
  • milk - 500 ml
  • oil - 30 g
  • butter - 30 g
  • salt - 1 tsp.
  • sugar - 1 tbsp.

Method of preparation:

1. Beat all 6 eggs and milk with a mixer at once, add sugar, and continue beating.

2. Add the sifted flour and continue to beat with a mixer until there are no lumps.

3. Then pour the milk into the dough and add a little salt, then beat again with a mixer.

4. Pour in the remaining milk and beat the dough with a whisk.

5. To avoid leaving the dough for 30 minutes to "rise", pour boiling water and stir.

6. At the very end, pour in the vegetable oil, mix, melt the butter and add to the dough and fry.

You can serve pancakes with berries, or any syrup, as well as with cheese and meat fillings.
