Pancakes that don't darken and turn out golden: what to add to the dough
Potato pancakes are a very tasty and satisfying dish. You can cook them in different ways, the main thing is that the dough should not be clogged, otherwise the pancakes will be hard.
On Instagram, chef Dmytro Martsenyuk shared a recipe for delicious potato pancakes that are golden, well-fried, and soft inside.
Cook's tip: to prevent the potatoes from turning black, alternate onions and potatoes!
Ingredients:
- potatoes - 6-8 pcs.
- onion - 4 pcs.
- garlic - 7 cloves.
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- flour - 5-6 tbsp.
- sour cream - 2 tbsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Grate the potatoes, onions can also be grated or finely chopped. Add the eggs, grated garlic, and flour to the mixture and mix well.
2. Heat a frying pan, add oil, and fry the pancakes over medium heat.
Serve the pancakes hot with sour cream.
