Pancakes are a simple dish that can be prepared in a hurry. The classic dough consists of flour, eggs, milk, and baking powder. But it will be much tastier to make cottage cheese pancakes based on kefir. They are very fluffy and tender.
The idea of making cottage cheese pancakes with kefir was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Silvia (siovio_food).
Ingredients:
- cottage cheese - 300 g
- eggs - 3 pcs
- sugar - 50 g
- kefir - 90 ml
- baking powder - 8 g
- flour - 80 g
Method of preparation:
1. Mix all the ingredients.
2. Add flour at the end.
3. Leave the dough for about 10 minutes.
4. You can bake on low heat, with the lid closed.
5. Serve with a sauce of milk and sour cream.
