Pancakes on the water in 10 minutes from three ingredients
If you have flour, you can make pancakes, pancakes, and simple flatbreads in addition to bread. All you need are a few ingredients: flour, water, and salt.
Chef Tetiana Litvinova shared a recipe for simple pancakes cooked in water on her YouTube channel.
Ingredients:
- flour - 250 g
- boiling water - 250 ml
- vegetable oil (but you can do without) - 1 tbsp.
- salt - a pinch
Method of preparation:
1. Sift the flour, add salt to it, mix.
2. Pour in hot water and mix thoroughly so that there are no lumps and the batter is liquid.
3. Pour the oil into the finished dough and mix again.
4. Heat a frying pan and fry the pancakes.
