- Firstly, the blog advises to observe proportions and a special formula will help with this: 2 - 1 - 1 - 1 + spices. That is, you need to add the ingredients from the largest amount to the smallest: potatoes, eggs, onions, flour, and spices.
- To make the pancakes fluffy and keep their shape perfectly, it is recommended to divide the egg into yolk, which should be added to the dough immediately, and protein, which should be whipped until it becomes a dense foam.
- Grate the ingredients on the largest grater.
Ingredients:
- potatoes - 2 pcs.
- eggs - 1 pc.
- onion - 1 pc.
- flour - 1 tbsp.
- salt - 1\2 tsp.
- pepper
Method of preparation:
1. Grate potatoes on the largest potato grater, onions on a smaller carrot grater.
2. Separate the yolk from the protein, add to the vegetables. Beat the egg white into a dense foam and add to the total mass.
3. Add spices and flour. Mix well.
4. Fry the pancakes over medium heat for 2-3 minutes on each side.
