Pancakes and pizza at the same time: how to prepare a versatile dish quickly

This dish is an ideal option for a hearty snack or breakfast. The mass should be fried in a frying pan, so the finished product can be called pancakes. But the hearty meat filling with lots of cheese makes this dish look like a pizza. It is prepared as quickly as possible.
The idea of making mini-pizza pancakes was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Olha Holovina (olha.holovina).
Ingredients:
- cottage cheese – 300 g
- flour – 150 g
- eggs – 3 pcs
- kefir – 100 ml
- baking powder – 6 g
- salt – 1/2 tsp
Ingredients for the filling:
- hard cheese – 100 g
- ham – 150 g
- tomatoes – 1 large
- bell pepper – 1/2 piece
- green onions
Cooking method:
1. For the dough, simply mix all the ingredients and stir with a whisk until smooth.
2. Dice the ham, tomatoes and bell pepper.
3. Grate the hard cheese on a coarse grater, and finely chop the green onions.
4. Add to the dough and mix thoroughly. Fry on both sides over low heat until golden brown under the lid.
5. Can be served with sour cream.
