Ingredients:
- eggs - 2 pcs
- sugar - 1 tbsp.
- salt - 1 tsp.
- butter - 40 ml
- milk - 1 cup
- boiling water - 1 cup
- flour - 1 cup
Method of preparation:
1. In a mixer bowl beat eggs, immediately pour sugar and salt, pour vegetable oil.
2. With a mixer whip the mixture until fluffy.
3. In the process, pour in boiling water and cold milk at a time.
4. Pour in the flour and stir well.
5. Heat the pancake pan well, pour in a little vegetable oil.
6. Fry for 1 minute on each side.
