Pancake dough that never breaks: how many eggs to add

Pancakes are a delicious, easy-to-prepare dish based on dough made from flour and eggs. They are often made with milk, water, whey, kefir, and sour cream. To prevent them from tearing, you can add vegetable oil or melted butter.
Chef Volodymyr Yaroslavskiy shared a recipe for delicious, thin pancakes that don't tear on Instagram.
For the perfect consistency of the dough, just add 2 eggs and melted butter!
Ingredients:
- milk - 500 ml
- flour - 190 g
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- sugar - 35 g
- butter - 35 g
- salt - a pinch
Method of preparation:
1. Mix the milk with the eggs, add sugar, salt, flour and stir with a whisk to make the dough have a consistency like sour cream. Pour in more milk and mix.
2. Melt the butter and pour it into the batter, mix well.
3. Heat a frying pan well and fry the pancakes.
