Ingredients:
- Flour – 100 g
- Sour cream – 100 g
- Eggs – 2 pcs
- Tomatoes – 1 pc
- Sausage – 75 g
- Hard cheese – 50 g
- Ketchup – 50 g
Method of preparation:
1. Cut the tomatoes, sausage. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.
2. Crack the eggs into a deep bowl, add a pinch of salt, and whisk.
3. Add sour cream and flour to this mixture and mix until smooth.
4. Grease a frying pan with oil and heat over medium heat. Pour the batter and close the lid, fry for 3 minutes.
5. When the dough has set a little, brush it with ketchup and put the toppings on top, cover for another 7 minutes and you can eat a delicious and very satisfying dish!
