If you want a hearty breakfast in 10-15 minutes, choose the simplest products for preparing basic meals, such as eggs, cottage cheese, cereals, vegetables, meat, sausage, and hard cheese. Even with 2-3 ingredients, you can make a great and satisfying meal very quickly and easily.

Cook Kristina Key shared a recipe for a delicious pizza in 15 minutes for a hearty breakfast on Instagram.

Ingredients:

  • Flour – 100 g
  • Sour cream – 100 g
  • Eggs – 2 pcs
  • Tomatoes – 1 pc
  • Sausage – 75 g
  • Hard cheese – 50 g
  • Ketchup – 50 g

Method of preparation:

1. Cut the tomatoes, sausage. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater.

2. Crack the eggs into a deep bowl, add a pinch of salt, and whisk.

3. Add sour cream and flour to this mixture and mix until smooth.

4. Grease a frying pan with oil and heat over medium heat. Pour the batter and close the lid, fry for 3 minutes.

5. When the dough has set a little, brush it with ketchup and put the toppings on top, cover for another 7 minutes and you can eat a delicious and very satisfying dish!
