Ingredients:

  • Tomato
  • Salt
  • Olive oil
  • Garlic
  • Bread

Method of preparation:

1. Grate the tomato and rub it through a sieve to remove the seeds.

2. Add the oil. Season to taste with salt.

3. Slice the bread and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown.
