Ingredients:
- Tomato
- Salt
- Olive oil
- Garlic
- Bread
Method of preparation:
1. Grate the tomato and rub it through a sieve to remove the seeds.
2. Add the oil. Season to taste with salt.
3. Slice the bread and fry in vegetable oil until golden brown.
4. Rub the bread with garlic, put the tomato mixture, and serve.
