Pan cake in minutes: an idea from a food blogger
To quickly prepare a birthday cake for an important event, you don't have to bake it. You can use a frying pan and fry the dessert. It tastes just as good as in the oven, and the ingredients are much simpler.
Innaruziak shared the idea of making a basic frying pan cake on her Instagram page.

Ingredients:
- flour - 260 g
- sugar - 200 g
- baking powder - 0.5 tsp
- cocoa - 1 spoon
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- milk - 180 g
- boiling water - 100 g
- vegetable oil - 50 g
- baking soda - 1 tsp (quench with vinegar or lemon juice)
- vanilla sugar
Preparation of the dough
Method of preparation:
1. Mix all dry ingredients, add eggs and milk, and mix well.
2. Pour in boiling water, mix everything with a whisk or mixer until smooth.
3. At the end, add baking soda and vanilla sugar, and mix again.
Preparation of the cream
4. Cook in a frying pan under a lid over low heat, for 2-3 minutes on each side.
5. Be sure to grease the pan a little with vegetable oil.
6. You can use custard or cream cheese.
