Original Tiramisu recipe: how to make the most popular dessert
Almost everyone loves the Tiramisu dessert. And there is a logical explanation for this – it is incredibly tender and delicious, which is why it can win the hearts of the most demanding gourmets. And yet, it is not difficult to cook.
Food blogger Anna Fil told us how to do it correctly. On Instagram, she also clarified which alcohol is best for soaking cookies.
Ingredients:
- Mascarpone cheese – 250 gr
- Savoyardi biscuits – 20-25 pcs
- Cream 33-36% – 250 ml
- Powdered sugar – 120 gr
- Strong coffee – 200 ml
- Liqueur – 2 tbsp
- Cocoa for decoration
Method of preparation:
1: Prepare strong coffee and cool it.
2. Add Amaretto or Baileys liqueur to the coffee. Stir well.
3. Whip the cream with powdered sugar until a thick cream is formed.
4. Add the mascarpone, and beat everything together at a low mixer speed.
5. Dip the cookies in coffee and liquor, put them in the mold, cover them with cream, and so on in several layers. The last layer should be cream.
6. Sprinkle cocoa on top and put in the refrigerator to soak.
