Original strawberry tiramisu: how to make a delicious seasonal dessert

Strawberry season is in full swing. Therefore, this juicy and sweet berry should be actively used to make delicious desserts. You can even add it to traditional dishes to create a new and spectacular flavor.

Ingredients:
- Savoyardi biscuits - 1 package (200 g)
- mascarpone cheese - 1 package (250 g)
- cream 33% - 250 ml (or 200)
- strawberries - 450 g
- powdered sugar - 100 g
- sugar - 2 tbsp.
- Garnish: strawberries, pistachios (10-15 pieces), mint 1 sprig, flowers from a strawberry bush
Method of preparation:
1. Wash the strawberries, peel them, and blend 400 g in a blender with the sugar. Leave 50 grams for garnish.
2. Whip the cream to a creamy consistency.
3. Add the mascarpone and powdered sugar and beat.
4. Dip the savoyardi biscuits into the strawberry puree.
5. Put in the mold in a single layer.
6. Top with a little strawberry puree.
7. Cover with half of the buttercream.
8. Repeat in the following sequence: mashed savoyardi, mashed potatoes, buttercream.
9. Put in the refrigerator for a few hours.
10. Take out and garnish with strawberries, chopped pistachios, mint and flowers from the strawberry bush.
