Original fall cookies "Mushrooms": how to make them
Such cookies are most suitable for the fall period. The appearance of the dessert will definitely interest your children and they can even take part in the preparation. Everything is as simple and quick as possible, because baking will take only 15 minutes.

Ingredients:
- 150 g soft butter
- 90 g sugar
- 1 egg
- 10 g vanilla sugar
- 50 g starch (corn starch, potato starch)
- 280 g flour
- 2 tsp. baking powder
- cocoa
Method of preparation:
1. Combine butter with sugar and vanilla sugar, stir well or beat with mixer.
2. Add the egg and mix again thoroughly.
3. Pour in the starch and gradually add the flour and baking powder to make a soft dough.
4. Make small balls of dough, place on a baking tray at a distance.
5. Take a plastic bottle, dip the neck of the bottle into the cocoa and top with balls, lightly swirling to press into the dough.
6. Bake at 180 degrees for about 15 minutes.
7. It comes out 31 pieces.
