How to make orange syrnyky

These synryky are very fluffy and tender and will definitely not fall apart. The reason is that they are based on orange juice, which adds a pleasant citrus flavor and aroma, and complements all the components of the batter well. The dish is topped with a thick sweet sauce, perfect for a spectacular presentation.

Ingredients:

  • low-fat cottage cheese - 120 g
  • dried apricots - 80 g
  • egg yolk - 1 pc.
  • flour or corn starch - 25+5 g
  • sweetener
  • zest of 1/2 orange

Ingredients for the sauce:

  • fresh orange - 1 pc.
  • milk - 30 g
  • sweetener
  • egg yolk - 1 pc.

Method of preparation:

1. Beat cottage cheese, dried apricots, egg yolk, 25 g of flour or cornstarch and sweetener in a blender or mix well. Add zest.

2. Form syrnyky and roll them in flour a little.

3. Fry on both sides over low heat.

4. Grease the frying pan with a little coconut oil.

5. For the sauce, mix all the ingredients and cook them over low heat or in a steam bath, stirring constantly.
