Pita bread is an indispensable product in every kitchen. It can be used to make almost anything: rolls, appetizers, cakes, casseroles, or chebureks.

In addition, lavash is a way out for those who have little time to prepare breakfast. After all, it is the basis for an incredibly delicious pie with a juicy cheese filling that will make your fingers lick.

The recipe for the open pita bread pie was shared by nutritionist Ulyana Pryimak. It was posted on Instagram.

Ingredients:

  • lavash without yeast - 100 g
  • eggs - 1 pc.
  • white yogurt 1.6% - 150 g
  • hard cheese - 30 g
  • greens - 110 g
  • dry garlic - 1 g
  • salt

Method of preparation:

1. Grate the hard cheese, and chop the greens.

2. Mix yogurt, egg, herbs, cheese, garlic and salt.

3. Form the pie: put most of the pita bread on the bottom of the baking dish – cut out a circle – filling – pita bread on the sides.

4. Bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
