Onion crackers: a great alternative to store-bought snacks

Ingredients:
- Onions – 2 pcs
- Oil – 100 ml
- Flax seeds
- Flour – 300 gr
- Baking powder – 1 tsp
- Salt – 1 tsp.
Method of preparation:
1. Peel the onion and grind it in a blender together with the oil.

2. Combine the flour with the baking powder and salt. Add the onion mass and flax seeds (you can leave them out). Knead the dough.
3. Roll out the dough between two sheets of parchment, forming a thin layer.

4. Cut into squares and place in a preheated 180-degree oven for 15 minutes, or until golden brown.
