Delicate and tasty mayonnaise is very easy to make at home. Most often, the sauce is based on boiled or raw eggs, or milk is used instead. Homemade mayonnaise is very affordable and quick to prepare - literally 2 minutes.

Mayonnaise on raw eggs

Ingredients:

  • eggs - 1 pc
  • vegetable oil - 150 ml
  • mustard - 1 tsp.
  • lemon juice - 1 tbsp
  • salt, pepper

Method of preparation:

1. Beat the oil, egg, mustard, salt and pepper in a blender until smooth.

2. When the mass becomes thick, add lemon juice and mix.

Mayonnaise without raw eggs

Ingredients:

  • boiled eggs - 2 pcs
  • thick yogurt\sour cream - 50 g
  • salt, spices
  • lemon juice - 1 tbsp.

Method of preparation:

1. Put all the necessary ingredients in a blender and beat until smooth.
