An omelet can be an ideal option for a morning meal, as it can be prepared with many products in the refrigerator. In the fall, mushrooms, cheese, spices, and herbs can add spice to the dish, for example.

Oksana Sokolova, host of Facts of the Week, shared her recipe for an omelet with butter, which will best complement and reveal the flavor of the dish.

Ingredients:

  • butter
  • eggs
  • milk
  • onion
  • butter
  • spices to taste

Method of preparation:

1. Peel, wash, cover with water, and bring to a boil. Then drain the water, cover with another, preferably hot water, and boil for another 30 minutes. Afterward, drain the water and store it as a semi-finished product - a mushroom preparation. They can be frozen for the winter. Or you can keep them in the refrigerator for a couple of days and cook something right away.

2. Finely chop the onion and fry in ghee. Then add the boiled mushrooms, stir, and cook for another 3-4 minutes.

3. Beat the eggs and add milk to make the omelet fluffy. Pour the egg-milk mixture over the mushrooms and onions, cook for a few minutes, and serve!
