Oatmeal pancakes are an ideal option for a hearty and healthy breakfast. The traditional recipe usually includes bananas. But in the fall, many seasonal fruits can also be used to make a variety of fillings.

Ingredients:
- oatmeal - 4 tbsp
- milk or water - 60 ml
- egg - 1 pc
- ripe banana - 1 pc
Method of preparation:
- Beat half the banana and all other ingredients in a blender. Fry in a preheated frying pan over medium heat on both sides until golden brown for 2-3 minutes.
- Cut the other half into slices and use as a filling with soft cheese to taste. Drizzle with honey on top.
Oatmeal pancake with apples
Ingredients:
▪️ apples - 2 pcs.
▪️ eggs - 2 pcs
▪️ cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
▪️ oatmeal - 70 g (you can grind Hercules oats)
▪️ milk - 60 ml
▪️ baking powder - 1 tsp
For the cream:
▪️ soft cheese - 100 g
▪️ yogurt - 100 g
For the topping:
- fruit syrup
- banana
Method of preparation:
- Grate the apple on a coarse grater. Add eggs, flour, milk, and baking powder.
- Mix all the ingredients.
- Fry in a non-stick frying pan under a lid, turn over.
- Allow the pancake to cool and prepare a cream in a blender: combine cottage cheese and yogurt.
- Cut the banana into slices.
- Cut the finished pancake, spread the cream, put the banana, and garnish with chopped nuts and your favorite topping.
