Ingredients:

  • oatmeal - 4 tbsp
  • milk or water - 60 ml
  • egg - 1 pc
  • ripe banana - 1 pc

Method of preparation:

  1. Beat half the banana and all other ingredients in a blender. Fry in a preheated frying pan over medium heat on both sides until golden brown for 2-3 minutes.
  2. Cut the other half into slices and use as a filling with soft cheese to taste. Drizzle with honey on top.

Ingredients:

▪️ baking powder - 1 tsp

For the cream:

▪️ soft cheese - 100 g

▪️ yogurt - 100 g

For the topping:

  • fruit syrup
  • banana

Method of preparation:

  1. Grate the apple on a coarse grater. Add eggs, flour, milk, and baking powder.
  2. Mix all the ingredients.
  3. Fry in a non-stick frying pan under a lid, turn over.
  4. Allow the pancake to cool and prepare a cream in a blender: combine cottage cheese and yogurt.
  5. Cut the banana into slices.
  6. Cut the finished pancake, spread the cream, put the banana, and garnish with chopped nuts and your favorite topping.
