For breakfast, we all always want a tasty, satisfying, and most importantly, quick to prepare dish. Healthy oatmeal can be such an option, but in a completely different form, for example, in the form of a flavorful, dietary pie.

The FoodOboz editorial team has prepared for you a recipe for a delicious oatmeal pie with cocoa and cherries, which will turn out to be very juicy and light.

Ingredients:

  • oatmeal - 150 g
  • eggs - 2 pcs.
  • low-fat kefir - 200 ml
  • any berries to your taste - 200 g
  • cocoa - 20 g
  • Stevia - 1/4 tsp.
  • baking powder - 1/3 tsp.
  • salt - a pinch

The method of preparation:

  1. In a blender, whisk the oatmeal until it becomes flour.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk the egg with salt, add kefir, oatmeal, cocoa, baking powder, stevia and mix thoroughly.
  3. Wash and pit the cherries.
  4. Put half of the prepared dough into a baking dish, top with the cherries and pour the dough over them.
  5. Put in the oven for 20-30 minutes at 170 C.
