Oatmeal chocolate pie with berries for breakfast
For breakfast, we all always want a tasty, satisfying, and most importantly, quick to prepare dish. Healthy oatmeal can be such an option, but in a completely different form, for example, in the form of a flavorful, dietary pie.
The FoodOboz editorial team has prepared for you a recipe for a delicious oatmeal pie with cocoa and cherries, which will turn out to be very juicy and light.
Ingredients:
- oatmeal - 150 g
- eggs - 2 pcs.
- low-fat kefir - 200 ml
- any berries to your taste - 200 g
- cocoa - 20 g
- Stevia - 1/4 tsp.
- baking powder - 1/3 tsp.
- salt - a pinch
The method of preparation:
- In a blender, whisk the oatmeal until it becomes flour.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the egg with salt, add kefir, oatmeal, cocoa, baking powder, stevia and mix thoroughly.
- Wash and pit the cherries.
- Put half of the prepared dough into a baking dish, top with the cherries and pour the dough over them.
- Put in the oven for 20-30 minutes at 170 C.
