Oatmeal is called the breakfast of champions because it is very nutritious and gives you energy for the whole day. But ordinary porridge doesn't make people hungry. Therefore, the best option would be to make a sweet casserole with banana and honey.

The idea of cooking oatmeal casserole with bananas was published on the Instagram page of food blogger Halyna with the nickname sergeevnagalichka.

Ingredients:

  • oatmeal –2 tbsp
  • milk – 2 tbsp
  • banana – 2 pcs
  • eggs – 1 pc
  • honey – 3 tsp
  • baking powder – 1 tsp

Method of preparation:

1. Mix oatmeal with baking powder, pour in milk, and natural liquid honey, and beat in a raw egg.

2. Mix well, and pour into a mold.

3. Add the banana slices, arranging them in a random order.

4. Bake the oatmeal casserole with honey and bananas in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 30-40 minutes.

5. Cut the finished casserole into portions before serving.
